Turkey Hunting

Rio Grande turkeys abound on the ranch, with many mature longbeards out there to fool the cleverest hunter. 

Turkey hunts are available only in the spring, with shotgun or bow, and are a great add-on to a axis or ram hunt. We ask our hunters to pass on jakes to allow them to mature, and you will get shot opportunities at mature longbeards. The spring turkey season for 2007 is March 31-May 13 with special youth weekends the weekend before and after the general season.
